I started in the Financial Services industry in the year 2000 as a receptionist for a Financial Adviser and have since worked my way through, upskilling, learning and honing my customer-admin skills by way of experience through my time with a couple of well renowned companies (both in superannuation-pensions and insurance).

I also have experience in training and development, leadership skills, and have been recognised for my customer service skills with the NAB-MLC who awarded me with a high accolade.

I am currently working as an office-client manager for KDM Financial & Estate Planning and have been blessed to work alongside an honest, reputable adviser.

I am passionate about making clients and adviser’s lives easier by making business easy by providing efficient, professional and easy to understand solutions by utilising my well rounded experience in the Finance industry.

My goal is to be the best support in the way of administration so that I can help make business easy.

2 things I love outside of work are:

1. Spending time with my family (especially my daughter London)

2. Food – yes I love to eat and sometimes my weakness
